For your feet: Kansa Vatki Bronze Foot Massager. A handcrafted bowl made from a traditional bronze (Kansa) alloy of copper, tin and zinc, used for centuries in Padabhyanga, the Ayurvedic practice of foot massage. Our Unwind ritual (about 10 minutes, evening)
1. Settle in. Wash your face and feet, sit comfortably, and dim the lights. Light a diya if you have one.

3. Feet (5 to 10 minutes per foot). Apply a small amount of the cream to clean, relaxed feet. Hold the Kansa Vatki firmly and massage in circular and sweeping motions across the soles and ankles, focusing on the center of the foot (Talahridaya) and the top of the foot (Kshipra).
4. Rest. Slip on soft socks, take a few slow breaths, and end your day.
