CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY


Cancellation


At Mindful Molecules, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, we make every effort to accommodate your request swiftly and efficiently. Orders placed through our platform can be cancelled before they are shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.


Once the order has been packed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may still choose to return the product after delivery in accordance with our return policy detailed below.


How will I get refunded for cancelled orders and how long will this process take?


We strive to ensure a smooth and timely refund experience. If you cancel your order before shipment, your refund will be processed within 4-5 business days from the date of receiving your cancellation request.


If the cancellation request is received after dispatch, your refund will be processed once the returned products are received at our facility and undergo quality verification. Upon successful verification, we initiate the refund process.


For payments made via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refund will be initiated to the same payment source used during purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.


Please note that wallet refunds are not available at this time. We appreciate your understanding.


Can I return part of my order?


Yes, we understand that you may wish to return individual items. Returns can be processed at the item level, allowing you to select specific products for return or replacement if your order contains multiple items.


However, please ensure that all components of the item being returned are included. This also applies to any complimentary gifts or promotional items that may have come along with the product. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a return or replacement.
